1. Trader information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of mastilnica.com, purchases from the online shop and tattoo appointment bookings.

2. Scope and acceptance
By using the website or submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Before completing an order, the customer is informed of the main characteristics and total price of the selected goods, delivery costs and payment method.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under Bulgarian or European Union law.
3. Goods and website information
The main characteristics, availability and price of each item are stated on its product page. Product images are illustrative, and minor colour differences may occur depending on the screen used.
MASTILNITSA EOOD takes reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. If there is an obvious technical error in a price, availability or description, the trader will notify the customer and offer the option to confirm the order under the correct terms or cancel it without cost.
4. Prices
All website prices are stated in euros and include applicable value added tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are determined by the selected courier and are communicated during checkout or order confirmation.
For orders over EUR 100, standard delivery within Bulgaria is paid by MASTILNITSA EOOD.
5. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Orders are placed through the website by providing the information required for delivery. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied.
After submitting an order, the customer receives confirmation electronically or through the contact details provided. The sales contract is concluded once MASTILNITSA EOOD confirms the order.
The trader may reject an order if an item is unavailable, information is incomplete or clearly inaccurate, a technical error has occurred, or another objective obstacle exists. The customer will be informed promptly.
6. Payment
Online shop orders are paid cash on delivery when the parcel is received, unless another arrangement is expressly agreed for a particular order.
7. Delivery
Delivery is available only within the Republic of Bulgaria through Speedy or Econt.
The usual delivery period is up to 7 business days from the order date. The customer will be informed through the contact details supplied if circumstances are likely to cause a delay.
Delivery charges are set by the courier unless the order qualifies for free delivery. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer when the goods are physically received.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, except in the cases provided by law.
The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, returns, exchanges and exceptions is described in the separate Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Conformity and complaints
All statutory consumer rights concerning goods that are faulty, damaged or not in conformity apply. A complaint may be submitted to info@mastilnica.com. Customers are encouraged to include the order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.
Inspection of the parcel upon delivery is recommended, particularly where the packaging is visibly damaged. Failure to inspect the parcel upon delivery does not remove the customer’s statutory rights regarding faults or lack of conformity discovered later.
10. Tattoo appointments and deposits
To confirm a tattoo appointment, the studio may require a booking deposit of:
- EUR 40 for a small tattoo;
- EUR 100 for a large tattoo.
The applicable amount is determined in advance according to the scope and complexity of the project.
If the customer cancels at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be refunded. If the customer cancels less than 7 calendar days before the appointment or fails to attend, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the studio cancels the appointment, the deposit will be transferred to the next mutually agreed date and time. If the customer is unable to accept another proposed date, the deposit will be refunded.
These booking rules apply without limiting any mandatory statutory consumer rights, including a right of withdrawal from a service contract where applicable.
11. Intellectual property
The website’s content — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Use, copying or distribution beyond normal personal use requires the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder.
12. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the website’s published Privacy Policy. Customers should review it before submitting an order or enquiry.
13. Liability and force majeure
MASTILNITSA EOOD is not liable for non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including communication interruptions, courier actions outside the trader’s control, natural disasters, acts of public authorities or other events of force majeure. This does not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Applicable law and disputes
Questions and complaints may be sent to info@mastilnica.com. The parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes by mutual agreement.
If no voluntary solution is reached, the consumer may contact the competent alternative consumer dispute resolution body, including the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission, or the competent Bulgarian court.
Bulgarian law and the mandatory rules of European Union law apply to matters not expressly covered by these Terms.
15. Amendments and contact
MASTILNITSA EOOD may update these Terms and Conditions. Each order is governed by the version in effect when the order is confirmed.
